hey everyone!....my name is lydia AKA cookies nails, i am from van nuys ca... im not a licensed tech bu i LOVE NAIL ART....i do thiz for a hobby n for sum xtra cash...tu sabes?....EVERYTHING I KNOW...I LEARNED ON MY OWN...i learnd from watching tutorials and MOST of all ....PRACTICE...
